These inspections adhere to several regulations including The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER), The Work at Height Regulations 2005 (WAHR) and The Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992 (PPER 1992 & 2022 Amendments).

✓ Thorough visual & physical checks: Inspecting webbing, stitching, load-bearing straps, buckles, and anchor points for fraying, cuts, chemical degradation, or thermal damage.
✓ Hardware & mechanism tests: Verifying that metal components, karabiners, adjusters, and self-retracting lifelines operate smoothly without sticking, micro-cracks, or corrosion.
✓ Identifying damaged items: Identifying damaged gear and safely separating damaged items from the rest of your gear.
✓ Certification & asset register: Tagging every item clearly and providing a full, transparent digital asset register and formal inspection certificate for your records.
Maximum time periods between services are as follows:
• Equipment in frequent use : 3-6 months (depending on environment)
• Equipment not in frequent use : 12 months
